原名为切尔西名牌厂商直销中心(Chelsea Premium Outlets)，名牌厂商直销中心是由切尔西房地产集团管理，该集团在2004年被赛门集团收购，它是全球最大的名牌厂商直销中心发展与营运商，在美国、日本、韩国及墨西哥共有62家名牌厂商直销中心，所售卖的是过季的名牌产品如服装、鞋子、首饰、家具用品等，价格便宜25％到65％，牌子包括Burberry、Prada和Giorgio Armani，在美国的分行每年共吸引超过2亿名到访客。
